2. Manuscripts should be typed double-spaced with wide margins on good quality white bond paper (8 ½ x 11 ½ inches), on one side of the paper only. The length of a full paper should not exceed in general 4000 words. A short communication should not exceed 1500 words.
3. Tables should be numbered e.g. Table 1, consecutively and titled. All tables column should have an explanatory heading. Tables should not repeat data illustrated in figure or line diagrams. Each table should be typed on a separate sheet, and the legends to tables should be typed in sequence on a separate page.
4. Figures and line diagrams should be numbered e.g. figure 1, consecutively. Each figure or a line diagram should be drawn on a separate sheet. The legend to the figures and line diagrams should be typed in sequence on a separate page.
5. Line drawings should be drawn in Indian ink on good quality tracing paper (8 ½ x 11 ½ inches), and should be of uniform size such that they can be reduces by a factor of three. Formulas, structures and schematic representations, which are difficult to compose, should also be sent in the form of tracings along with the manuscript. Each illustration should bear the authors’ name, the title of the paper and the figure number in the right upper hand corner.
6. Photographs, if any, should be high contrast glossy black and white prints. Magnification must be indi cated in the case of photomicrographs.
7. An abstract of about 150 words comprising a brief account of the contents and conclusions of the paper should be typed on a separate page with a few keywords.
8. The title of the paper or short communication should be brief and typed on a separate sheet. Author’s full name should be typed on the line below the title; the affiliation and address with E- mail Id should follow in the next line. The affiliation and address of all the co-authors should also be clearly indicated. Al l correspondences including the proofs will be sent to the communicating author unless otherwise specified.
9. Reference should be numbered consecutively and cited in appropriate places of the text as superscript and collected together in a reference list (headed references) at the end of the paper and typed on a separate page. Journal titles should be abbreviated according to the Chemical Abstracts Service Source Index and should be typed as shown below:

10. Although some flexibility of presentation will be allowed the authors are requested to arrange the subject matter clearly under such headings as Introduction, Experimental, Results and Discussion. Each manuscript should have a short introduction with brief reference to previous relevant work and objective of the present work. Short communications should not have a separate section of introduction, but the first brief paragraph should serve the same purpose. Clarity and conciseness in the preparation of manuscript should be practiced.
11. It is preferred that you create your text in Microsoft Word using 12-point Times New Roman type and send the revised manuscripts to the Editor/Co-editor electronically on a CD as PDF along with MS Word files (printable on 8.5 x 11 size paper). Figures, charts and diagrams should be submitted in a form suitable for photographic or electronic reproduction.
